Neat seam lines are cut into a contemporary and elegant silhouette – a sleek classic design. I introduced an exquisite twist to the design by adding a lower ‘v’ back and an oversized bow detail. The gown is a mix of silk dutchess satin and silk crepe cut on the empire line and falling into a soft a-line with a small train. This dress can be recreated in many different fabrics and colours and other design details can be added if prefered.

More images are to be uploaded in the next few days, so keep checking back to flickr and this blog, where i’ll be providing a commentary on the gowns, my inspiration and their construction.
Thanks to jonathan and model Karen for their time and efforts making the shoot such an enjoyable experience.
